Junior motion-designer / Младший моушн-дизайнер

AmoCRM is one of the industry leaders in Russia. Our international brand has been operating for 7 years and operates worldwide — from the Us and Latin America to Europe, Indonesia, India and Turkey. We are growing, launching more marketing projects, and looking for a Junior Motion Designer to join our marketing team. At amoCRM, visual communication is an important part of how we tell our product story — through ads, social media, landing pages, presentations, and materials for different markets. That is why we are looking for a designer who loves animation, pays attention to detail, and wants to grow within an international team. In this role, you will create motion content for marketing, adapt materials for different countries, collaborate with designers, and gradually take on more independent tasks — from animating ready-made storyboards to developing your own visual ideas. This is a great opportunity to improve your skills, work on real projects, and grow within a team that values initiative, precision, and a creative approach. Responsibilities:

• Create animated videos for advertising and social media;
• Produce motion graphics for landing pages and presentations;
• Animate brand illustrations and characters;
• Collaborate with external teams on design and visual ideas;
• Help develop and maintain the brand’s visual style in animation;
• Contribute to creative decisions and take part in brainstorming sessions;
• Localize and adapt materials for different markets.

What we are looking for:

• 6+ Months of experience in motion design, including freelance experience;
• Knowledge of After Effects, Figma, and Premiere Pro;
• English level B2 or higher — communication and most meetings will be in English;
• Attention to detail, independence, and a positive team-oriented approach;
• Responsibility, organization, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Adobe tools and AI-based design tools;
• Experience with Blender or Cinema 4D.

• Adobe Illustrator.

Создавать анимированные ролики для рекламы и соцсетей;

Делать motion-графику для лендингов и презентаций; Анимировать иллюстрации и персонажей бренда; Работать вместе с внешними командами над дизайном и визуальными идеями; Помогать развивать и поддерживать визуальный стиль в анимации; Влиять на креативные решения и участвовать в брейнштормах; Локализации и адаптации материалов. Что нам важно: Опыт motion-дизайне от 6 месяцев (включая фриланс); Знание After Effects, Figma, Premiere Pro; Английский от B2 и выше — коммуникация и большая часть встреч будет на английском; Внимательность к деталям, самостоятельность и позитивный командный подход; Ответственность, организованность и умение соблюдать сроки. Будет плюсом: Знание пакета Adobe и инструментов на базе Ии; Знание Blender / cinema 4d. Технологии и инструменты: Figma Adobe After Effects Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator
