Описание
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and support achievement of business objectives.
- Analyze business gaps and performance issues, and align L&D solutions with business goals.
- Measure and report the impact of learning initiatives using key performance indicators.
- Lead the Learning & Development team and contribute to functional leadership.
- Develop the L&D strategy and annual L&D plans.
- Support organizational development initiatives, including team effectiveness, leadership development, focus groups, and change management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders.
- Source, design, develop, and deliver learning solutions aligned with customer needs.
- Manage core L&D operations, processes, and staff.
- Facilitate training sessions, meetings, and process improvement initiatives.
- Provide consulting support to HR and people managers on key L&D strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Degree in Organization Development or Talent Management preferred.
- 5–10 Years of experience in people management and process development.
- Experience in Learning & Development and Talent Management required.
- Strong presentation, communication, and executive presence skills.
- Facilitation skills, including managing group dynamics and questioning techniques, preferred.
- Experience managing complex, affiliate-level projects.
- Experience leading and managing teams.
- Financial and vendor management experience required.
- Organization development, change management, or performance improvement experience is a plus.
