Responsibilities: Full executive responsibility for global product management of 4 brands; Jverseeing strategic direction and operational excellence across Russian markets; Lead 15+ team members; Aligning product development strategies with global corporate objectives; Managing product portfolio of 300+ SKUs, overseeing lifecycle, Npi, and rationalization based on data-driven market insights; Define and execute 4 category strategies, driving innovation, market differentiation and profitable growth; Directed go-to-market and expansion strategies; Ensuring quality, compliance, and cost-efficiency; Pricing; Delivering insight-led product innovation, leveraging deep market research and consumer understanding to guide development priorities; Improving category profitability through financial performance analysis, taking corrective actions aligned with key business KPIs; Drove seamless cross-functional collaboration across sales, brand, R&D, finance, and operations, ensuring end-to-end alignment and strategic execution.
